Universal Kitchen Wrap Dispenser

EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY:
Cofresco Foodservice, a division of Melitta USA, Inc. (Seller), warrants to repair or, if Seller elects, to replace this Wrapmaster^® Home product if it is defective in materials or workmanship within one year after original retail purchase. This warranty covers all parts and labor.
This warranty extends solely to the original retail purchaser and user of this product.

FURTHER WARRANTY PROVISIONS
• This warranty applies only to a Wrapmaster^® Home product (i) purchased in one of the United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada; and (ii) used in accordance with operating instructions solely for residential purposes.

• Seller reserves the right (i) to request proof of date of purchase and photographic evidence of the product defect; and (ii) to request that the defective product be shipped to Seller to verify the defect and aid in quality control, to repair the defect, or to replace the defective product.

• The duration of any implied warranty is limited to the duration of the express warranty above.

• THE REMEDIES OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE THE ONLY REMEDIES THAT SELLER WILL PROVIDE, WHETHER UNDER THE EXPRESS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY IMPLIED OR ARISING UNDER OPERATION OF LAW, AND INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE EXCLUDED.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which may vary
from state to state. Some states may not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential
